About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) founded in 2006, the company has accumulated nearly 20 years of deep professional experience and technological expertise in the field of heavy-duty forging.
The factory covers an area of approximately 150 mu (about 100,000 square meters). The company operates 3 large-scale open-die forging production lines (with core equipment including 10,000-ton hydraulic presses), 2 modern die forging production lines, along with supporting large-scale CNC machining centers, heat treatment lines, and a well-equipped National Class II laboratory. The company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons for large open-die and die forgings (with the ability to produce single pieces weighing over 30 tons).
Quality, innovation and product integrity are not only words to us but things we see with the naked eye. The way we look after our state-of-the-art Physical and Chemical Laboratory is proof of that. This is not a facility supporting other departments but a central pillar of our Research & Development and quality assurance teams. Built, equipped and operated according to the strictest National Grade 2 Laboratory Standards, our laboratory is a testimony to a major investment in technical ability, guaranteeing that each and every part we manufacture - from an ordinary drill collar to the most important turbine shaft - conforms or exceeds the toughest international requirements as well as customers` specifications.
The whole laboratory is focused at testing and analysis of materials which are carried out in such a way that at microscopic level, properties of materials would be understood and explained. These tests will result empirically in production processes and product development having scientific validation basis.
Our testing abilities as a whole are arranged in four types for assessing mechanical properties, physical features, chemical components and the level of special functionalities. These four categories of testing form a comprehensive cycle for assessing quality.
