Operating the National Class II Laboratory certified in-house and providing us with an essential function in the process of quality control. This is where we do the testing of the elements of the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and non-destructive tests for all stages and phases of a product in the most strict manner, in a real-time situation without stopping the production process.

About Us
In addition, Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. (HHF) has built an in-depth understanding and rich experience of nearly twenty years in the field of heavy-duty forging by accumulating technical know-how since it was founded in 2006.
The factory's floor space totals about 150 mu (equal to about 100,000 square meters). Besides three extensive open-die forging production lines with 10,000-ton hydraulic presses as core equipment, two state-of-the-art die forging production lines also work, and they are accompanied by large-capacity CNC machining centres, the necessary heat treatment lines, and the top-ranking national class II laboratory. The annual production capacity is up to 50,000 tons of large open-die and dies forgings (including pieces that single weights are over 30 tons).
Approximately 500 people work for the company at the moment, among them, at least 50 people are the R&D team that concentrates on new technologies, materials, and new processes development. The R&D team is composed of senior engineers and technologists.
Among the quality management system supports are numerous certifications, including the American API Q1 standard, API 7-1 licensing for drill stabilizers and drill collars, CSSC system approval, and international recognition for example ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001.
For years, the company has been supplying forged parts as the primary material to big companies at home as well as internationally. Different industries such as energy (wind, hydro, and thermal power), mining machines, shipbuilding, and heavy equipment are the company’s customers. Some big Chinese companies like CITIC Heavy Industries, China First Heavy Industries, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Goldwind, and Envision Energy are the customers, and there are also clients overseas, like Joy Global, Komatsu, and Caterpillar.

To avoid the damages during transport, the goods are kept as safe as possible. We are using strong steel racks and wooden shipping crates which are packed well for protection from handling and the rough conditions at sea under standard export packaging.
