Zhongyuan Heavy Forging: One-Piece Blades That Mean Business
Throw those old ways out the window—the ones welding blades to a hub—because that path just leads to problems later on. Here, the blades are not only made of the same super strong metal as the hub, but they get formed through a forging process that directly combines them with the central shaft.

It is one of those processes that results in a single piece and gets rid of potential cracks right from their source. Thus, not only can the part withstand high centrifugal force without cracking but also maintain its integrity over time.
The geometry of these complicated blade sections can't be gotten right unless serious CNC machine work is involved. Our machines do the accurate cutting of angles and clearance in such a way that the working fluid (steam, gas, water) can move past them without being affected too much. After the machine work is finished, the heat treatment strengthens the core and gives the shaft the stiffness it needs not to bend under pressure even when subjected to such a force.
Beyond being an attractive color, that coating is a protective layer against corrosion and abrasion that is particularly vital in harsh service conditions. Indeed, we wrap our precision bearing areas in blue mesh so that upon arrival, your bearings will be in the best condition possible without a single scratch, and you will not need any preparations to put them in a machine.
If your turbine or heavy rotor requires parts that can be stressed and still perform reliably, then this is our main area of expertise. We manufacture these complete blade shafts according to precisely given requirements, thus making each cycle of motion perfectly smooth, fully balanced and durable overall.
