Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd is the company behind HHF and it is a leader in forging industry of which one characteristic features are that it has been in operation since 2006 and with so much technical know-how and deep industry insights of which they gained over more than 18 years of working.
Covering an area of nearly 150 mu (about 100,000 square meters) the manufacturing plant has 3 large-scale factory-style drop forging shops where a basic 10,000 metric tons' hydraulic press is installed, there are 2 high-standard molds forging lines and a number of large-sized CNC machining centers, heat treating lines are also included. In addition, it holds the second class laboratory of the National System which is rather comprehensive.
At present, the company has employed 500 staff and from these over 50 have been dedicated as R & D personnel who, alongside, our senior level engineers and technical experts, are focused on coming up with new materials, methods and technologies.
Having been issued the basic American API Q1 quality management certificate and licensed as meeting the American standards for API 7-1, Drill collars and Drill Collars/Tool Joints respectively, the company is also endorsed by the national Chinese CSSC system. As far as international certificates are concerned, the company is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001 certified.
In various industrial sectors such as power generation like wind, water and thermal power, mineral industry, ship-building and heavy plant, we have built lasting forging supply relationships with premier domestic and international companies, in fact, several leading chinese companies like CIC (now called CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES) First Heavy Industries, Taiyuan Heavy Industries, Goldwind, Envision Energy were buyers of the Company's forgeries, also several of the company's forging products have been used by the world's leading mining equipment manufacturers like Joy Global, Japan Mining, Hitachi Mining, Komatsu and Caterpillar.

Payment & Shipping Terms

Packaging:
Combination of wooden pallet and wooden case is our normal packing method for overseas shipments, because it can resist both normal handling and harsh sea conditions to a certain degree.
In order to save our customers time, effort and money, which is why we will always consider the different packaging preferences and/or drawings/sketches for customers, if necessary, so it's quite our duty to fulfill their requests with our services for them to be satisfied with our cooperation.
It is always a pleasure for us to do anything which can add value and help protect your products. For comprehensive protection of your goods from all sides, we basically use wooden packing boxes.
We export our products in very special metal boxes or crates that have been designed for safety. For our customers that means not only being well protected against a wide range of possible damage during transportation but also their products will be kept well-organised and they can even be retrieved quickly in between shipments or when you have made the choice to rest prior to making next delivery.
These wooden packages may be used as a kind of rack for your products when you want to keep them at rest in between shipments.
