We can do large diameter forged main shaft. The OD is from 120mm-1200mm.
The main shafts can be manufactured as per customers' drawings. And our technologists also can design the drawings for customers.
Quality first is our principle. Our national level II lab can control the quality( chemical composition inspection, mechanical properties inspection,hardness inspection.

Open-die Forging Carbon Steel Solid Round Bar is one type of our products. We (HHF) own forging workshop, rough machining workshops, heat treatment workshop amd final machining workshops . And we also have a National Level II lab. Accordingly, the whole progress and quality can be controlled very well.

HHF produces open-die forged carbon steel solid round bars, OD 100mm to 1200mm, with ≥1080MPa tensile strength and full in-house forging, heat treatment, and National Class II lab verification for heavy industry.

HHF forges alloy steel round bars in 4145H, 4140, and 4340, OD 100mm to 1200mm, on a 10,000-ton press with in-house National Class II lab testing for oil and gas, heavy machinery, and power generation.

HHF forges 18CrNiMo7-6 pinion gear shafts for industrial gearboxes, OD 120mm to 1200mm, on a 10,000-ton press with full in-house heat treatment and National Class II lab verification for heavy-duty power transmission.

HHF​‍​‌‍​‍‌ produces hollow alloy steel bored bars from materials including 4330V, 4145H, 4140, 4340 with the tensile strength being at least 1033MPa which is suitable for the oil and gas industries, heavy machinery, and power generation sector. Full inhouse capability for heat treatment and machining is a major asset ​‍​‌‍​‍‌here.

HHF forges large diameter steel discs from 826M40 and 30CrNiMo8, OD 120mm to 1500mm, on a 10,000-ton press with in-house National Class II lab testing for heavy machinery and industrial use.

HHF​‍​‌‍​‍‌ is the supplier of forged custom die blocks and molds made in grade 5CrNiMo, H13, D2, 718, and NAK80 material at press capacity 10,000 tons with GB/T6402-1991 ultrasonic testing, full in-house lab verification, and the end usage as die casting and hot forging molds.

HHF forges custom alloy and carbon steel rings including 826M40 on a 10,000-ton press, with 300-325 HBW hardness, ≥54J impact energy, and National Class II lab verification for heavy-duty industrial use.
