Founded in 2006, Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co. (HHF Ltd) is in the business for more than 140 months now and has the deep-rooted professional experience as well as technological know-how in the heavy-duty forging industry.
The factory is approximately 120,000 sq. m. 3 large-scale factory-style drop forging lines, 2 sophisticated mold forging lines and several big CNC machining centers, heat treatment lines, are available along with a top-notch second-class metrology testing laboratory as part of the company.
About five hundred people work in the company and more than fifty of them are engaged in R&D. Highly experienced engineers and technical persons of high caliber are working in this unit for the creation of new materials, techniques, and technologies.
The main businesses operated by the company consist of the designing, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of petroleum equipment and large-scale precision forgings. As such, the company is recognized as one of China's most powerful manufacturers of the drilling tool stabilizer. The HHF product line has covered drilling tool stabilizers and non-magnetic stabilizers, drill collars (magnet/non-magnetic), oil drilling pipe, coal drilling pipe, reamer bit, pump head, and other types of gear and wheel shafts like the ones of ship, turbines, motors, and cast pipe molds. 1. Port Delivery: We are able to ship goods to ports all over China, such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Guangzhou, to name a few but not limit here. The goods will be packed and made ready for transport in the port per the selected Incoterm.
2. Factory Loading: In order to make it easier for you and possibly cheaper, we can also pack and load the goods directly into the ship’s container from our factory. That choice will allow you to follow closely with the handling of goods from manufacturing to container loading, giving you the chance to have a say even in the smallest details of this process.

In general, it is up to three days. We just need to find out your needs and main sizes.

A. We have a quality control department. B. We shall carry out one sample run and another small batch production run after the first sample order before the mass order.

Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.
5.what are your payment terms?
We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
