Our production ecosystem includes three large-scale open-die forging lines utilizing 10,000-ton hydraulic presses and two modern die forging lines. These are supported by comprehensive CNC machining centers and rigorous testing facilities, including a National Class II laboratory, ensuring that our 50,000-ton annual output meets the highest standards. We specialize in extra-heavy forgings, capable of producing individual units weighing more than 30 tons.
HHF’s strategic focus on R&D is supported by a team of over 50 specialized engineers and technicians who work alongside our 500-strong workforce to drive innovation in metallurgy and forging techniques.
We maintain long-term supply relationships with industry leaders in the energy (Wind, Hydro, Thermal), Mining, Shipbuilding, and Heavy Machinery fields. Our domestic partnerships include CITIC Heavy Industries and Taiyuan Heavy Industry, while our international network supplies major equipment manufacturers like Caterpillar and Komatsu.
