Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) founded in 2006, the company has accumulated nearly 20 years of deep professional experience and technological expertise in the field of heavy-duty forging.
The factory is about 150 mu large, equivalent to 100,000 square meters. According to the physical and chemical laboratory construction of National Grade 2 standards, can meet the tensile test, minus 80 degrees Celsius temperature impact, chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis, non-metallic inclusion analysis,gas content analysis,grain size analysis and nagnetic induction intensity,no magnet magnetic induction gradient and intergranular corrosion test.

Delivery Ways:
1.) Port Delivery: China's most major sea ports including Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao, Guangzhou, etc. are all possible destinations for us. According to Incoterm agreement and packing of the goods will happen at the port.
2.) Factory Loading: Another way of packing is by loading the shipped goods directly at our factory from the carrier's container in order to save transportation and packaging costs to you. This option, on the one hand, gives us a chance of keeping you very closely involved in each step starting from production of goods through to container loading. On the other hand, it also gives you a chance of giving input not only on the major details but also as small as each little aspect of the whole logistics process.

In general, it is up to three days. We just need to find out your needs and main sizes.

A. We have a quality control department. B. We shall carry out one sample run and another small batch production run after the first sample order before the mass order.

Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.

We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
