About Us
Situated in Henan, our Heavy Forging company, Zhongyuan Heavy Forging, was founded in 2006. For nearly 20 years, since then, the company has deep-rooted professionalism and has been gaining experience and technological expertise through the development and manufacturing of heavy forging products.
The factory land area is about 225,000 square m (150 mu) that is, the equivalent of 150 mu. The company's production base consists of a total of 3 sets of large-scale drop forging lines built like factories - (main equip. 10,000 ton hydraulic press), 2 sets of progressive mold forging lines along with several large sized CNC machining centers and also heat treating lines. It is the second class National Laboratory that fully supports the Company's technology.
Currently, over 500 staff members are working in the company, of which more than 50 are researchers working on development of materials, methods and technologies together with our high-level engineers and technical specialists.
Compliance-wise, the company is accredited with the basic American API Q1 and licensing under two American standards on API 7-1 respectively for both drill collars and stabilizers. Additionally, being accredited by Chinese CSSC systems on one hand, and also certified under ISO 9001:2008 as well as ISO/TS 29001, on the other (international standards) the company has a broad repertoire of certifications.
In addition to our Chinese customers, products of ours have found their ways to the overseas markets as far as more than 20 countries and regions, Germany, the United States, Australia, Russia, India, South Africa, Brazil,Japan, South Korea etc. are among our regular customers. “The world is our stage”!

Based on a set of laboratory construction specifications at the national standard of grade 2, our lab is well outfitted for all the following kinds of laboratory tests tensile testing, impact testing at low temperatures (-80 degrees Celsius), chemical analysis of the composition, metallographic analysis, analysis of non-metallic inclusions, analysis of gas content, analysis of grain size, measurement of magnetic induction intensity, no-magnet magnetic induction, and intergranular corrosion testing.

The laboratory is a hub offering a great breadth of services for product testing and quality analysis at microscopic and atomic level. Being the core facility, it plays an important role in providing the material performance at the atomic level as well as in providing a scientific and data-based way of checking the process and quality of our production and goods. Our testing facilities start at the very base level to include more advanced ones which in turn cover mechanical properties, structural characteristics, chemical compositions and also specialized functional properties. The entire testing system is, therefore, a comprehensive quality control one.

We are ready to accommodate to most international trade terms your company will probably have. The reason, we think, is that the trade term you prefer will depend on how you arrange the transportation, who bears what risk at what period, etc. Below are the ones which are applicable to our company:

Generally the delivery cycle of our products is about 45 days after receiving the buyer's purchase order and advance payment. The time period encompasses raw material sourcing to final goods inspection at factory level. If you are in a tight schedule, we could also provide much short lead times – just ask us about the possibilities for faster deliveries or modifications.
Packaging:
We prefer to go with a metal rack and wooden pallet combo for our exports as they both have metal shelves as well as heavy duty wooden crates. Besides, your specific drawings or requests for special packaging are also very welcome from us.
If safety is one of the concerns you have when the product gets shipped, rest assured to know that it is one of our first principles. We are very cautious when we pack your item(s) for the delivery. A wooden package does a good job in protecting the package from every side. The wooden box is also a storage shelf for goods between shipment if you are taking time between a delivery and your next one .
