About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd (HHF) which was established in 2006, has gained a great wealth of professional knowledge and technical experience after almost 20 years of heavy forging work.
The factory site is about 150 mu or 100,000 square metres. Here, at the production base, there are three factory-style, large scale drop forging lines (mainly a 10,000-ton hydraulic press is basic), two cutting-edge mold forging production lines as well as some large CNC machining centers, heat treating lines. The laboratory of the national secondary class system is highly equipped too.
The present employees employed by the company total about 500 with over 50 of the researchers working on the development of new materials, methods and technologies.
Our company is the forging supplier of top-tier domestic and global industries. Sectors involved include power generation (wind, water, and thermal), mining machinery industry, shipbuilding, and the construction plant industry. In fact, a number of leading Chinese companies, CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES, First Heavy INUSTRIES, Taiyuan HEAVY INUSTRIES, gold wind and Envision ENERGY have been our forges' customers. Besides, some of the company's forging goods have been the choice of major international miners manufacturers like Joy Global, Japan Mining, Hitachi Mining, Komatsu, and Caterpillar.
In line with the specifications of physical and chemical laboratory construction at a National Grade 2 level, we have all the testing facilities installed: tensile test, minus 80 degree Celsius temperature impact test, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, non-metallic inclusion analysis, gas content analysis, grain size analysis, magnetic induction intensity, non-magnetic induction, magnetic induction gradient, intergranular corrosion testing.
The lab's variety of testing and analysis is mainly responsible for dissecting and understanding the material's performance through the most elemental level. As far as our production process and finished products are concerned, the lab ensures a thorough, data-backed audit. With the help of the industry's standards, we offer a variety of tests from the most basic to the most advanced covering mechanical properties, micro structural characteristics, chemical composition, and special-purpose functionalities and have established a complete quality verification system.

We are very flexible to most often used international trade terms so that your transportation preferences, risk allocation and other requirements are accommodated. Following are the trade terms which we can accept:

Late of standard production:
The typical production cycle of our company from getting your confirmed purchase and advance payment is around 45 days. This includes material preparation through to the final factory inspection. For urgent projects, we may be able to offer shorter times — please let us know for feasibility and possible amendments.
Packaging
We prefer to go with a metal rack and wooden pallet combo for our exports as they both have metal shelves as well as heavy duty wooden crates. Besides, your specific drawings or requests for special packaging are also very welcome from us.
If safety is one of the concerns you have when the product gets shipped, rest assured to know that it is one of our first principles. We are very cautious when we pack your item(s) for the delivery. A wooden package does a good job in protecting the package from every side. The wooden box is also a storage shelf for goods between shipment if you are taking time between a delivery and your next one .

In general, it is up to three days. We just need to find out your needs and main sizes.

A. We have a quality control department. B. We shall carry out one sample run and another small batch production run after the first sample order before the mass order.

Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.
5.what are your payment terms?
We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
