It is possible to produce large diameter gear shafts with an external diameter from 120 mm to 1200 mm.
The manufacturing of the gear shafts will be done in accordance with drawings provided by customers. However, we have the capability of designing drawings if we are entrusted with such task also.
Prioritizing and achieving product quality has been one of our major guiding principles. Our National Level II factory laboratory is able to perform quality checks such as analysis of material composition, inspection for properties of material, and testing for hardness of metal.
We make good use of high-grade steel ingots imported mainly from Baotou Steel, Xingcheng, and other big manufacturers in China. Thanks to the many years of practice in the production line of forging steel, we know very well how to design a forging process for different kinds of blanks as per customers' wishes. We also guarantee that we will provide you high-quality goods as well as favorable prices, which are backed up by a comprehensive warrantly of 2 years. We carry out the quality and reliability controls in our own in-house Level 2 laboratory, giving us the capacity for conducting tests at different stages of our production processes.
About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) founded in 2006, the company has accumulated nearly 20 years of deep professional experience and technological expertise in the field of heavy-duty forging.
The factory is about 150 mu large, equivalent to 100,000 square meters. At the company's production base, there are 3 sets of the factory-style drop forging lines on a large scale (with the basic equipment being a 10,000 ton hydraulic press), 2 advanced mold forging production lines and some big CNC machining centers, heat treating lines, the laboratory of second class national system is quite well equipped too.
About 500 employees are engaged by the company at the moment out of which more than 50 are dedicated researchers who, with their high-level engineers and technical specialists are engaged in the development of new materials, methods and technologies.
In addition to being certified with the basic American API Q1 standard and licensing with the American standards on API 7-1 for both drill collars and stabilizers, the company also possesses an approval by the Chinese CSSC system as for as international certificates the company is certified with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001.
Long-term forging supply relationship of the company is with top-tier domestic and global enterprises in various sectors such as: power generation including wind, water and thermal power, mining machinery industry, ship-building and heavy plant. In fact, some leading Chinese companies such as CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES, First HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TAIYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRIES, Goldwind and Envision Energy have been among the customers of the Company's forgeries. Payment & Shipping Terms
We are well stocked to make international trade hassle-free by offering our customers several payment/delivery options that would be most favorable to them. Following are the international trade terms we accept:
We are ready to accommodate to most international trade terms your company will probably have. The reason, we think, is that the trade term you prefer will depend on how you arrange the transportation, who bears what risk at what period, etc. Below are the ones which are applicable to our company:

Standard Manufacturing Lead Time:
Generally the delivery cycle of our products is about 45 days after receiving the buyer's purchase order and advance payment. The time period encompasses raw material sourcing to final goods inspection at factory level. If you are in a tight schedule, we could also provide much short lead times – just ask us about the possibilities for faster deliveries or modifications.
Packaging:
Wooden crates combined with metal shelves are the standard way of packaging our goods for overseas shipment since such an arrangement can be effective against normal handling and harsh sea conditions as well.
Furthermore, we always make efforts for customer's convenience as it happens often that you have different packaging preferences and/or drawings/sketches. It is our responsibility to fulfill such requests to the satisfaction of our good customers.
If there be anything which can help you better and your things get the right protection, we shall not hesitate to do it since we care about your safety very much. To protect all sides of your goods thoroughly, we mainly use wooden boxes.
Our products are mainly exported in specially designed and secured metal boxes or crates. For our customers it means that the products are not only well protected against all kinds of damages during transportation but also stored in a well-organized way with the possibility of retrieving them easily in between shipments or when you decide to rest before nextdelivery.
These wooden packages may be used as a kind of rack for your products when you want to keep them at rest in between shipments.
Our primary goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process. We are committed to working closely with you or your nominated freight forwarder to meet all specific logistics, documentation, and scheduling requirements. Customer-specific instructions for delivery and handling are always accommodated to the best of our ability.

In general, it is up to three days. We just need to find out your needs and main sizes.

A. We have a quality control department. B. We shall carry out one sample run and another small batch production run after the first sample order before the mass order.

Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.

We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
