In accordance with the standard of physical and chemical laboratory construction at the National Grade 2 level, we are fully equipped with all the testing facilities such as tensile test, minus 80 degree Celsius temperature impact test, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, non-metallic inclusion analysis, gas content analysis, grain size analysis, magnetic induction intensity, no magnet magnetic induction gradient, and intergranular corrosion testing.
The laboratory's complete array of testing and analytical services is essential for deconstructing and grasping the nature and performance of the material at its most basic level. Besides that, it provides a dependable check and balance for the production line and the finished products in terms of their quality, with the help of accurate and reliable data. About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd (HHF) was started in 2006, with a few years of professional training and hands in heavy duty forging, the company has become one of the most experienced in the field and also with the highest level of technical skill.
The factory is 150 mu big or 100,000 m² area-wise. In the company's production facilities there are 3 large-scale factory-style drop forging lines (basic equipment being a 10,000 ton hydraulic press), 2 high-end mold forging production lines, a few big CNC machining centers, heat treating lines, laboratory of second class national system is also very advanced and comprehensive equipment is in place.
The company is using the services of approximately 500 staff who apart are also researchers and scientists. These individuals have the necessary skills which enable them to cooperate with high-level engineers and technical experts in the development of new materials, methods and technologies to the benefit of the company's production.
Among its many international certificates and standards, the company holds American API Q1 basic standards certificate and American standards on API 7-1 licenses for drill collar and stabilizer, respectively. Besides that, the company is approved by Chinese CSSC system.
At the domestic and global markets, the company's long-term forging relationship is with the top enterprises involved in various areas such as power including wind, water and thermal power, mining, ship-building, heavy machinery, and so on. Actually, the company' forgeries have also been sold to a few of the main Chinese heavy equipment manufacturers like CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES, First HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TAIYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRIES, Goldwind and Envision Energy as well as many of the major international manufacturers of mining equipment such as Joy Global, Japan Mining,Hitachi Mining, Komatsu, and Caterpillar.

It was our great pleasure to join AIMEX - one of the world's largest mine exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific area in 2019. Our team took part in the exhibition held in Australia where we made use of that big event in many ways; not just contacting the top industry players we also showcased our forging manufacturing capabilities of heavy castings and besides the fact we had a chance of meeting many of our clients and suppliers we are also very satisfied.
We had no booth. Delivery Ways:
1.) Port Delivery: China's most major sea ports including Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao, Guangzhou, etc. are all possible destinations for us. According to Incoterm agreement and packing of the goods will happen at the port.
2.) Factory Loading: Another way of packing is by loading the shipped goods directly at our factory from the carrier's container in order to save transportation and packaging costs to you. This option, on the one hand, gives us a chance of keeping you very closely involved in each step starting from production of goods through to container loading. On the other hand, it also gives you a chance of giving input not only on the major details but also as small as each little aspect of the whole logistics process.

1. When is the best time to provide a quote?
As we understand, you will receive a quote within three days. All you have to tell us is what exactly you need and what sizes are major for you.

A. First of all, the quality control is an official department within our organization. B.) After a sample run order and a small batch production run, we shall carry out the mass order production.
3. Are you a factory? Can I visit?
Of course, no problem. If you would like, we are always happy to invite you on a visit of our company, where you could have a discussion with our team about any technical requirements.
4. How many days for production?
Main work stages are forging, rough machining ,Q+T , final machining.Our lead time is normally 45 days after confirmation of the product design and order placement. But if it has complicated and special requirements, our engineer will discuss with you the lead-time accordingly.
5.what are your payment terms?
Down payment 30%, the balance 70% before delivery
