About Us
The factory occupies roughly 150 mu or about 100,000 square meters of land. Three large-scale open-die production lines (mainly using 10,000-ton hydraulic presses as the core equipment), two modern die forging production lines, along with a number of large-scale CNC machining centers, heat treatment lines, and a well- equipped National Class II laboratory are part of our facilities.
Apart from our major Chinese customers, our products have reached customers in more developed markets, as we've exported our goods to more than 20 countries and regions, such as Germany, the United States, Australia, India, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, South Korea, and Japan. AIMEX - Asia Pacific's International Mining Exhibition
We were honored to be part of AIMEX, one of the most significant mine exhibitions in Asia-Pacific region at 2019. Our representatives attended the exhibition in Australia where we made use of a great opportunity not only to get in contact with leading figures in the industry but also to present our forging capabilities as manufacturers of heavy castings, besides having a chance to communicate with many of our clients and suppliers.
Even though we didn't have our booth, our sales and engineering departments were physically present to participate. The core of our trip was to maintain and consolidate our partnership with the old clients, identify and evaluate the potential prospects, and obtain up-to-date information on the state and the direction of the mining industry in Asia-Pacific region. This event was one of the most important occasions for the representatives of the mining world to interact directly.
This experience confirms our willingness to support the mining industry worldwide. Moreover, it reflects our continuous desire to learn about and meet the requirements of our clients in one of the leading regions for mining activity.

Delivery Ways:
1. Port Delivery: Port Delivery: China's most major sea ports including Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao, Guangzhou, etc. are all possible destinations for us. According to Incoterm agreement and packing of the goods will happen at the port.
2. Factory Loading: Another way of packing is by loading the shipped goods directly at our factory from the carrier's container in order to save transportation and packaging costs to you. This option, on the one hand, gives us a chance of keeping you very closely involved in each step starting from production of goods through to container loading. On the other hand, it also gives you a chance of giving input not only on the major details but also as small as each little aspect of the whole logistics process.

In general, it is up to three days. We just need to find out your needs and main sizes.

A. We have a quality control department. B. We shall carry out one sample run and another small batch production run after the first sample order before the mass order.

4.What's the production lead time?
Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.
5.what are your payment terms?
We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
