We manufacture forged alloy steel and carbon steel ring products that are tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers. As our facilities provide complete manufacturing capabilities, customers rest assured knowing that their technical drawings will be the basis and we will stick strictly to them for the production of the goods. In order to help clients at the initial design and development stage, HHF technical team provides the clients custom-design service that, in particular, helps produce the technical drawings based on clients' applications specific functional needs.

The quality assurance department, a fully-featured laboratory which is also a Level II Laboratory, carries out quality control in the form of physical tests. As a result of chemical analyses carried out, the mechanical properties are tested to the highest precision level while the hardness measurements are also carried out in a very accurate way all leading to products that not only meet but exceed their customers' expectations in terms of performance, stability and durability, etc. This quality is backed by the fact that each ring that comes out of our factory meets or exceeds the standards set up by the industry through the use of strict quality controls.

In addition, Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. (HHF) has built an in-depth understanding and rich experience of nearly twenty years in the field of heavy-duty forging by accumulating technical know-how since it was founded in 2006.
The factory's floor space totals about 150 mu (equal to about 100,000 square meters). Besides three extensive open-die forging production lines with 10,000-ton hydraulic presses as core equipment, two state-of-the-art die forging production lines also work, and they are accompanied by large-capacity CNC machining centres, the necessary heat treatment lines, and the top-ranking national class II laboratory. The annual production capacity is up to 50,000 tons of large open-die and dies forgings (including pieces that single weights are over 30 tons).
Approximately 500 people work for the company at the moment, among them, at least 50 people are the R&D team that concentrates on new technologies, materials, and new processes development. The R&D team is composed of senior engineers and technologists.
Among the quality management system supports are numerous certifications, including the American API Q1 standard, API 7-1 licensing for drill stabilizers and drill collars, CSSC system approval, and international recognition for example ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001.
For years, the company has been supplying forged parts as the primary material to big companies at home as well as internationally. Different industries such as energy (wind, hydro, and thermal power), mining machines, shipbuilding, and heavy equipment are the company’s customers. Some big Chinese companies like CITIC Heavy Industries, China First Heavy Industries, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Goldwind, and Envision Energy are the customers, and there are also clients overseas, like Joy Global, Komatsu, and Caterpillar.
Company exportation of these products continues and it goes beyond 20 countries and regions. The major buyers are Germany, the USA, Australia, India, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, South Korea, and Japan.

The main products have become well-known brands of oil drilling tools and large precision forgings.
According to the physical and chemical laboratory construction of National Grade 2 standards, can meet the tensile test, minus 80 degrees Celsius temperature impact, chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis, non-metallic inclusion analysis,gas content analysis,grain size analysis and nagnetic induction intensity,no magnet magnetic induction gradient and intergranular corrosion test.
Adherence to National Grade 2 Standards is a declaration of our technical seriousness.It means that the environment controls in our laboratory (e.g., temperature, humidity, cleanliness, etc.), maintenance equipment calibration, technicians' training & certification, testing procedures and data recording/reporting all work under a nationally accepted and auditable system. These standards enable all the test results to be highly accurate, reliable and traceability.

HHF quotation usually takes up to 3 working days. First things first, the requirements need to be clarified and if the parts are complex, they need to be discussed more in depth.

Quality control at HHF is very important to us: we have a quality control team that is entirely dedicated; if it is about samples, we make a sample, run a few parts as a trial, then a few parts of a small run, etc. The idea is to make sure that, when we deliver the whole order, we have done everything correctly.
