About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) founded in 2006, the company has accumulated nearly 20 years of deep professional experience and technological expertise in the field of heavy-duty forging.
The factory is about 150 mu large, equivalent to 100,000 square meters. At the company's production base, there are 3 sets of the factory-style drop forging lines on a large scale (with the basic equipment being a 10,000 ton hydraulic press), 2 advanced mold forging production lines and some big CNC machining centers, heat treating lines, the laboratory of second class national system is quite well equipped too.

Forged alloy steel hollow bored bar is the top of the line product in our wide product range. Being a complete integrated manufacturer, HHF manages a total in-house production chain.
From the forging workshop to the final machining workshop, our facilities include everything you need: the forging workshop is well equipped to carry out the initial forging operations, several rough machining workshops carry out rough operations, a heat treatment workshop is the place for specialized heat treatments such as oil quench and salt bath quench. Our final machining workshops carry out precision machining of the products.
We are vertically integrated so we can oversee and manage each production stage. Our certified National Level II laboratory plays a very important role. With it, we are able to carry out strict data based quality control at all steps of manufacturing, from raw material inspections to product verification to ensure quality and consistency.
Our forged alloy steel hollow bored bars are of the top quality as they are made using superior alloy steels which have among them 4145H, 4140, and 4340. These materials have superior mechanical properties which include high strength, high toughness, and good heat treatment response and hence our products are the perfect solution in sectors like oil &gas, heavy machinery, and power generation which pose extreme requirements.
Currently our workforce comprises approximately 500 employees including the R & D team which consist of more than 50 engineers and technical staff mainly senior staffs who are very experienced and who concentrate their work to developing new processes, materials and technologies.

According to the physical and chemical laboratory construction of National Grade 2 standards, can meet the tensile test, minus 80 degrees Celsius temperature impact, chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis, non-metallic inclusion analysis,gas content analysis,grain size analysis and nagnetic induction intensity,no magnet magnetic induction gradient and intergranular corrosion test.

In general, it is up to three days. We just need to find out your needs and main sizes.
2. How do you assure the quality?
A. We have a quality control department. B. We shall carry out one sample run and another small batch production run after the first sample order before the mass order.

4.What's the production lead time?
Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.
5.what are your payment terms?
We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
