Warranty and After-Sales Service
Each of our open-die forged round bars by HHF is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the warranty covers any defects due to materials, forging, and heat treatment. If after the warranty period, the customer confirms the issue still exists, we can handle it through repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the agreement. We give the technical support within 24 hours. If a foreign customer wishes to have SGS or BV involved, we can arrange for a combined inspection. Since the order record is maintained, we can ensure that a repeat order or replacement spare part will exactly conform to the original specification, avoiding any requirement to re-make.
Logistics and Delivery
Bars being long and bulky, transport planning must be done ahead of time. We provide anti-rust treatments with machined surfaces of the goods packed seaworthily. Confirming lifting points and securing arrangements for large bars with the forwarder is a normal procedure. From ports like Qingdao, Shanghai, Tianjin, or Ningbo, we are capable of exporting via FOB, CIF, or DAP terms. Packing pictures, measuring records, and inspection reports are the attachments in the goods shipment. Another option is delivery at the factory, which avoids additional handling and packing costs.
Payment Terms
Normally, we require 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment. For our faithful or repeat customers, arrangements are open to sight Letter of Credit or partial payment against shipping documents may be discussed. We are also open to both Teletransfers and Letter of Credits.

The Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. (HHF) commenced operation in November 2004 in Jiyuan City, Henan Province. The company is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.
