Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) founded in 2006, the company has accumulated nearly 20 years of deep professional experience and technological expertise in the field of heavy-duty forging.

The factory covers an area of approximately 150 mu (about 100,000 square meters). The company operates 3 large-scale open-die forging production lines (with core equipment including 10,000-ton hydraulic presses), 2 modern die forging production lines, along with supporting large-scale CNC machining centers, heat treatment lines, and a well-equipped National Class II laboratory. The company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons for large open-die and die forgings (with the ability to produce single pieces weighing over 30 tons).

The company currently employs nearly 500 people, including a dedicated R&D team of over 50 professionals, consisting of senior engineers and technical experts focused on developing new processes, materials, and technological innovations.

National Level II laboratory

According to the physical and chemical laboratory construction of National Grade 2 standards, can meet the tensile test, minus 80 degrees Celsius temperature impact, chemical composition analysis,metallographic analysis, non-metallic inclusion analysis,gas content analysis,grain size analysis and nagnetic induction intensity,no magnet magnetic induction gradient and intergranular corrosion test.

Delivery Options:

1.  Port Delivery: We can deliver the goods to any major port in China, including but not limited to Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Guangzhou. The goods will be prepared for shipment according to the agreed Incoterms.

2.  Factory Loading: For your convenience and potential cost savings, we also offer the service to pack and load the goods directly into the shipping container at our factory. This option ensures secure handling from our production line to the container, providing greater control over the initial loading process.
