About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) came into existence 2006 and through our years of operations, we have built an immense expertise pool together with technical know-hows on various aspects of large-scale forging.
The factory occupies a plot of 150 mu which in terms of area equals 100,000 square metres.
The plant comprises 3 huge industrial-styled drop forging lines (10,000 ton hydraulic press), 2 advanced mold forging lines, several large CNC machining centers and heat treatment lines. The company has also the second class state of the art laboratory, quite a complete set-up.
There are 500 employees in a total. The company is having a strong workforce comprising of over 50 researchers who are working hand in hand with their engineer and technician colleagues to make sure that new materials, methods and processes are introduced timely.
In terms of certification apart from being certified by API Q1 which is the basic quality control level in the USA and licensed by two standards of API 7-1 for drill collars and stabilizers, the company is also having the Chinese CSSC system's approval, apart from that the company is also having the certificates of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001.
The company has established long-term forging supplier relations with the leading domestic and overseas enterprises of different sectors like: wind, water and thermal power generating equipment, mining machinery sector, ship-building and heavy plant industries. Moreover a few prominent Chinese companies among them is CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES, First HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TAIYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRIES, Goldwind and Envision Energy have become the company's regular purchase of forgings customers.
Apart from that, the major international manufacturers of the mining equipment have also used quite a few forging products of the company for example, there are Joy Global, Japan Mining, Hitachi Mining, Komatsu and Caterpillar.

Packaging:
To avoid the damages during transport, the goods are kept as safe as possible. We are using strong steel racks and wooden shipping crates which are packed well for protection from handling and the rough conditions at sea under standard export packaging. We have a complete range from simple to complicated and can do whatever you request so if you have any specific requirement or drawing for the packaging, please let us know.
