Product Introduction
We mainly rely upon the quality import materials which are of high-grade steel, mostly supplied by Baotou Steel, Xingcheng and other big manufacturers from China . Having gone through the many years of production processes of forging steel on the production line, we are in a very good condition of understanding how to set up a forging process for any kinds of blank that the customer needs from us in an ideal way.
As our main concern is providing our customers with high-grade goods at very reasonable prices, we will back these assurances with a 2-year guarantee to our products. We carry out the quality and reliability controls in our own in-house Level 2 laboratory where we can conduct tests at different stages of our production processes as a very important part of our quality control measures.

About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Limited, Co.(HHF)-a company that was set up in 2006, has gained a lot of technical know-hows in heavy forging field during the almost 20 years since its inception, that are now the company's pride and its most valuable assets.
The building area has about 150mu, equal to 2.2 acres, 100,000 square meters approximately. In the company base, there are 3 sets of the drop forging production lines, the biggest being the one with a basic a a 10,000 ton hydraulic press, together with 2 highly developed mold forging production lines and a goodly sized equipment for CNC machining centers as well as, heat, chemical, and physical testing and the laboratory of the first level of national standards, equipped almost to the full, are also there.
The company employs about 500 persons. Among them there are more than 50 researchers dedicated solely to developing new materials, methodologies, and technologies in collaboration and under supervision of the high-level engineers and technical specialists.
The firm complies with the American standard API Q1 which covers the basics of manufacturing and is licensed to manufacture API 7-1 products drill collars and stabilizers as the American standards for the company also have Chinese CSSC’s approval. It also has certification for the international systems ISO 9001:2008and ISO/TS 29001.

AIMEX which is one of the largest mine exhibitions in Asian-Pacific region took place in Australia, we were so happy to take part and present our company. Our people did the exhibition there, at the same time, besides getting a chance to see many of our old clients and meeting up with several of our suppliers, it was an opportunity for us to demonstrate our company’s ability in forging through manufacturing of big castings in addition to meeting leading people in the industry.
The fact that we took part in AIMEX once again demonstrates our commitment to support the mining industry wherever it is. Payment & Delivery Terms
Much of our business is conducted on international level and we are stocked in a way so that making trades internationally should be as smooth as possible. To that end, we put at the disposal of the buyers different payment / delivery options the use of which will be more advantageous to the buyers.
We are confident that we can meet the trade terms that your company most likely will adopt. In our opinion, the reason you adopt one term or the other largely results from how you organize the transportation, who is responsible for the risk in various periods and the like. Normal Production Lead Time:
After we get the buyer’s letter of purchase request and the advance payment, we usually deliver the products within about 45 days. That’s the total lead time – sourcing of raw materials to factory-level inspection of the finished goods. If your schedule does not allow waiting that long, we have also the option of faster deliveries with reduced lead time – just get in touch with us about shorter delivery lead times or product modifications.
Packaging:
Wooden crates combined with metal shelves are the standard way of packaging our goods for overseas shipment since such an arrangement can be effective against normal handling and harsh sea conditions as well.
Furthermore, we always make efforts for customer's convenience as it happens often that you have different packaging preferences and/or drawings/sketches. It is our responsibility to fulfill such requests to the satisfaction of our good customers.
If there be anything which can help you better and your things get the right protection, we shall not hesitate to do it since we care about your safety very much. To protect all sides of your goods thoroughly, we mainly use wooden boxes.
Our products are mainly exported in specially designed and secured metal boxes or crates. For our customers it means that the products are not only well protected against all kinds of damages during transportation but also stored in a well-organized way with the possibility of retrieving them easily in between shipments or when you decide to rest before nextdelivery.
These wooden packages may be used as a kind of rack for your products when you want to keep them at rest in between shipments.
Flexibility of Delivery & Logistics
We deliver logistics solutions that suit your unique supply chain requirements, covering the entire logistics process with a high level of adaptability, efficiency, and transparency.
Mode of Delivery:
Delivery by Sea: It is possible to get the finished goods from our warehouse to China's ports such as Shanghai and Qingdao to load them. Incoterm that has been agreed upon will dictate the packaging and the delivery.
Direct Loading from the Factory: In your case, maybe also it could be a less expensive way as we are able pack and load the goods directly into the containers of ships from the factory.
That option will enable you to personally supervise the loading of goods at the factory from manufacturing up to the shipping container with you, as such, you will definitely have the opportunity to participate even in the smallest details at that time.
