Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. (HHF) was founded in 2006 and has developed almost 20 years of expertise and technology in the heavy forging sector.
At the modern 150 mu (~100,000 sqm) factory site of HHF, a sound manufacturing base is laid. Among them, there are three heavy forging machines by 10,000-ton capacity hydraulic presses, two die-forging lines (with advanced equipment), and a suite of supporting facilities (e.g., computer-controlled machining center, heat treatment production line, and a State Class II fully-equipped laboratory). Yearly production of large forgings will reach 50,000 tons, and single-piece component of more than 30 tons also can be produced.A nearly 500-member staff is further boosted by an R&D department of more than 50 senior engineers and technicians. This group is the main force that continuously innovates and improves the material science and process development.
HHF is an important supplier of core forgings for major companies in various sectors such as energy (wind, hydro, coal), construction of ships, mining, and heavy machinery. Among our domestic partners are CITIC Heavy Industries, China First Heavy Industries, Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Goldwind, and Envision Energy.
The company has also long supplied large forgings to major domestic and overseas industrial enterprises in different sectors such as power (wind, hydro, coal), mining hardware, shipbuilding, and heavy equipment. 2. Factory Loading: In order to make it easier for you and possibly cheaper, we can also pack and load the goods directly into the ship’s container from our factory. That choice will allow you to follow closely with the handling of goods from manufacturing to container loading, giving you the chance to have a say even in the smallest details of this process.
