Spanning a modern facility of approximately 150 mu (100,000 sqm), HHF operates a robust production infrastructure. This includes three heavy-duty open-die forging lines anchored by 10,000-ton hydraulic presses, two contemporary die-forging lines, and advanced supporting facilities such as CNC machining centers, integrated heat treatment lines, and a fully equipped National Class II laboratory. Our annual output reaches 50,000 tons of large-scale forgings, with the capability to manufacture single-piece components exceeding 30 tons.
Our workforce of nearly 500 employees is strengthened by a dedicated R&D department comprising over 50 senior engineers and technical specialists. This team drives continuous improvement in material science, process development, and technological innovation.
